Cooking Class

The last couple of weeks I have found this great little cooking class for toddlers. The sad thing is, the owner has gotten a job in Uganda at an orphanage, so today was the last class. It was just so nice that the kids do all this cooking and the moms have a coffee and chat. Boo, I\'m so sad, but congrats to Fiona for her new adventure.

Today's lesson, white chocolate banana bread --- yummy!!!

Logan is so ready to get started.

Putting the flour into the bowl, Logan had a hard time giving up his turn, he was so into it.

And then Logan gets a crack at it, hehehe...

Time to mash the bananas

Ready to go into the oven--good job kids

And what were the girls doing? Just hanging out and enjoying snuggles with mom.

Baby Lu pretty much doing the same as Lena, having some snuggle time with Charis.

Wilson's Prom

A few weekends ago we went on our first camping trip as a family of four. Big shout goes out to Nina and Julio who help us out with the kids all weekend all.

Logan was particuarly entertained by Julio, maybe it is because he could play the mouth organ, flashback to Crocodile Dundee.

Snuggles with Dad

Our first wombat sighting

We were a bit rushed leaving on our trip that we forgot two important things, 1-The backpack to carry Logan on a hike, and 2-small backpacks to carry everything else. Poor Craig ended up carrying all of our supplies in a big backpack plus Logan on his shoulders most of the way -- what a workout.

A little self-shot of the girls

On the beautiful trail. Logan was still all for walking at this point.

And now, Logan has parked himself on Dad's shoulders.

The group of us at the top of the hill before heading down to squeaky beach. And yes, the sand actually squeaks when you walk on it, pretty cool

What a view

Lena wasn't up for the cold ocean waves, but loved splashing around in the warm little puddles on the sand.

My cutie

Logan had a great time splashing in the waves, but took a little break as his teeth started to chatter.

Staying still long enough for me to take a picture.

Me and my gorgeous kiddies. (although Alena is tucked away from the hot sunshine)

Relaxing and Nina and Julio's site, so envious of the hammocks.

Lena likes having some relaxing time in the hammock too, lucky girl.

Catch up

Well, I am sure most of you know the news that we got robbed about 10 days ago. we have been computer less for a while and have just invested in an iPad instead of a computer. Some features are great and others not so much, in particular uploading pics. I have figured a convoluted way of doing it now but hope to find a better system soon. So here is a little catch up from the past few weeks.
We have pulled out the jumperoo. Started her in it a bit later than Logan but I think she likes it better than him. She is just jumping up a storm and in full giggles.

We have had some hot days in Melbourne and we ate doing everything we can to keep cool. Only a mere 38 degrees today.

.

Lena was just happy for an afternoon stroll

These two are becoming best buds. Lena smiles and giggles at Logan all the time and Logan loves to give her hugs, kisses and constantly tries to make her laugh, too cute.

This little miss won\'t be going bald anytime soon, but her locks are thinning. I did manage to get a Little clip into her remaining newborn locks!

.

Little playdate with Clive and Meilin. It is always hard to believe that these two are only 7 days apart

.

Tried to get a shot of all four of them but it was pretty much impossible. Clive was smothering the bubs and Logan was more interested In playing doctor.
