Blueberry Monster

It started like this. The innocent little blueberries.

Then this little hand came in for the attack --- Their despise was the result of one of two fates.

The chew -- or

The squash

Either way, someone was truly enjoying themselves.

Ready for the cold weather

The 30 degrees is gone and now we are in the teens. I am NOT complaining. It's been a refreshing change. I also like dressing Log in some cute winter wear.

On his feet!

So, only two weeks after figuring out to crawl, Logan has figured out how to balance on his feet. He is now really starting to pull up on things. Second round of baby proofing, here we come :)

Fancy a shoe?

Lately, one of Logan's favorite activities is playing with shoes. It could be his, but he tends to gravitate to mom's. If there are laces, that seems to be a bonus :)

Easter Weekend

We had a great Easter weekend here. We made a big turkey dinner and had another mom/dad/babe join us. Here is a first look at Logan with his girl friend Gracie. She also is super cute and such a happy little girl. She has these great little thigh rolls, you could just eat here :). Logan and Gracie are just starting to understand each other, and "gentle" has definitely become part of the vocabulary as the have started to smack each other at random.

Easter Sunday we decided to have a BBQ, and Craig has already started apprentice training :)

Then it's a trip to the park to have some fun on the slide. Logan, once again loving the park fun :)

Logan - 8 months

Hard to believe Logan is 8 months already, actually over eight months now. So, where are we these days:

Logan weighs 17 lbs, so not a super heavy man. But he is 72 cms long (this is what the nurse says, but I actually think that he is longer. there is no way he grew only 1 1/2 cm in 2 months)

Crawling!!! He is EVERYWHERE!!! He can even "turbo crawl" as we call it, when he gets into high gear and tries to crawl so fast that he gets a few paces and then totally face plants, it is very cute.

Pretty much eats everything, although he is very pensive about it. He must taste a tiny bit, think about it, decides if it is yummy before he actually continues with the meal.

Babbling, grunting and squawking like a cockatoo. His "talking" is so cute. He communicates in so many ways. Babbling with the common mammamam, dadada, bababaa, which has no meaning to anything at this point. Grunting, which apparently can be a common habit for babies, they like the vibrations in their throat, and the screeching like a cockatoo, which is so funny and very LOUD!!!

Thinks cuddling is boring, rather be on the move.

Loves the park. We try to go everyday for a little while, even if it's only for 30 minutes. There are a few close by, but the newest one has this great tunnel which Logan thought was pretty cool!
